FAQ

Will my order have a tracking number?

Australian (Domestic) orders under $15 will NOT include a tracking number. These orders will be sent out through Letter Post.

International Orders all include tracking numbers!

When will my order get to me?

The estimate times are the following! Although please be aware that these are not always accurate. Factors such as dates and your location may effect delivery times :)

PROCESSING TIME:

This is the time it takes me to get your order ready! This typically takes 2-5 days before I ship your order out!

After your items as been marked shipped the estimate times are as below:
AUSTRALIA: 3-10 days
INTERNATIONAL: 2-4 weeks
AUSTRALIA EXPRESS: 1-3 days
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS: 4-6 days

There are scratch marks on my charms?

All charms come with a protective film on both sides! The marks are usually just damage done to the protective film and not the charm itself. Once the protective film is removed the charm should be as good as new!

If you still believe that the item you got was faulty, please send me a direct message with photo evidence and I can help you out!

Item(s) not arriving on time

Please note that I do ship from Australia, for overseas customers this would mean that it can take up to 2 - 4 weeks for your items to get to you and for domestic customers its between 3 -10 days.

Packages that are travelling overseas are also subjected to custom checks, this can also slow down the process of the items getting to you.

Packages for domestic customers are not considered lost until 21 days have past, for overseas customers the item will be considered lost if it has not reached you within 41 days.

Policies

Return Policy & Lost Items

All purchases are made final! Kindly understand that I do not accept returns unless the item you've received are lost or damaged in transit. Please contact me and I will be happy to refund you or send you a new item. Photo evidence of the damage must be provided. However, if you order is lost during to entering the wrong address, moving, item was sent through standard shipping etc., shipping fee WILL be charged for resending your order and/or refund

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalised orders

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Digital downloadsIntimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged Items

The customer will have to provide proof of the item damaged on arrival with a clear photograph.

I will usually offer to replace the item or refund the item if the damage makes the items unsalvageable.

Items are replaceable/refundable only 1 week upon the customer receiving the items. After the 1 week is up I am no longer held accountable to any damaged done to the items therefore no returns or exchanges are allowed

Free shipping will be eligible for orders over a certain amount!

Australia (Domestic) - $20 AUD +

North America - $100 AUD +

Asia - $100 AUD +

Europe - $120 AUD +

Rest of the World - Unfortunatly free shipping is not available for outside these zones yet!
